Year 8’s super scones

Mrs Stoneman’s Year 8 Food Technology group took part in a scone-making practical on 20th September as part of their ongoing course assessment with some professional-looking results.

The students were required to create scones from start to finish without any teacher assistance. Pictured are Kim and Henry with the finished product.

Posting news on the school website of course involves tasting the product to confirm its quality, and we can report that the scones were light, fluffy and very tasty.
