Year 10 Food Technology students have been working with chefs from neighbouring Fowey Hall Hotel to develop a gourmet buffet.
The 20 GCSE Catering students began the project with research into buffet foods, followed by the development of their own canapé-style dishes. The group refined their recipes over several lessons to ensure each recipe would deliver that essential wow factor.
As you can see from the photos, the results were first class, including the presentation on pieces of slate. Well done to all the students and Miss Camlin.
